Summer Dressing

So we’ve had some very exciting arrivals since we last posted. Most importantly, baby Herb was born on Saturday! He and Bertie are doing well (we’ll be posting more details soon!)  And after months of monsoon conditions, summer (remember that?!) has finally arrived. This past week has been HOT! But what do you wear when the temperatures soar and you’re not ready to let your hemlines do the same? If like us you weren’t ‘summer ready’ then a midi or maxi dress is the answer. One piece dressing means less stressing when getting ready in the morning. Plus longer lengths hide a multitude of leg sins.
This floaty silk maxi works well on both of us and is a great buy if you’re pregnant as there’s room for a growing bump. And in this heat we really don’t want anything sweat inducing so natural fibres always get our vote, anything to help keep cool. It works well with flats but can be dressed up with heels for summer nights or weddings.
