Style staples: slogan tees

I have a strong case of premature seasonal clothing disorder. Temperatures here in the south have reached double figures and as I type I’m sitting in the garden in a t-shirt. In February. Without anything over it. My mind is well and truly blown. Luckily, this weeks post means your bank balance however isn’t. We’re talking about t-shirts, (that do the talking), an inexpensive update for your spring wardrobes.

Slogan tees have become one of our favourite style staples. Worn solo or under a blazer, they are one of our hardest working ‘basics’ and an easy way to allow us to express our individual personalities. I’ve always had ‘French tendencies’ as Bertie puts it, so show me a tee with anything French on it and it’s a oui from me. However, if you’d rather go for something that makes a more powerful statement there are some great options out there. It is amazing how clothes have the power to transform your mood, especially when its emblazoned across your chest.

Lets just all pray to the weather gods that this is a good omen for the spring/summer ahead and that every day can be a t-shirt day!
